Acted for one of Germany’s largest fund managers in respect of its first investment in Australia, being the acquisition and development of Flight Centre’s new head office in Brisbane. This involved negotiating with the initial developer in relation to development management and all other documentation, Flight Centre in relation to the Agreement for Lease and side deeds and Southbank Corporation in relation to the development and long term leases which underpin the ownership of the site.
